The following information includes our company policies and shipping information. If you have questions or concerns not covered here, please contact us and we'll do our best to address them.

Privacy Policy

All information given during the ordering process is collected and stored lawfully and in accordance with the relevant data protection acts. All information held on our servers is password protected. We do not use any information given for marketing purposes without your consent. If you are concerned about the confidentiality of any information given, please contact us.

If you buy one of our products, we will need your name, credit card number, expiration date, email address and billing address to process and fulfill your order. We also ask for your telephone number so we can contact you in the event of any problems with your order and so we may share this number with the couriers who may deliver your order.

We will not share any of this personal information with any outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order.

After you enter your personal information, we will ask if you would like us to email you about product promotions, articles, research and related information. If you would like to hear from us, simply keep the box checked. If you change your mind about receiving such emails, you can contact us at any time and we will remove you from our mailing list.

All of your order information, including your credit card details are processed on our secure servers via 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. At no point is any of your personal data sent over an unsecured connection.

Once your transaction has been processed, your credit card numbers are automatically deleted and no longer available. Deleting the card numbers offers maximum protection against any fraudulent use.

Return Policy

Follow the return steps below to ensure you receive credit.

To start your return, simply package the Sports-Boost Inhaler Ring and its original packet along with a copy of your sales receipt and a brief note explaining your reason for the return. Also, please write your order number on the outside of the box. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Send the package to us via a traceable shipping carrier. We recommend using the UPS and requesting a delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for return items lost by the carrier.

Please keep a record of your tracking number. If you do not receive any notification on the status of your return, please email us with your tracking info.

After we receive the package and everything is in compliance with our Return Policy, your credit card will be credited for the item amount. You will receive a credit on your credit card within 14 business days of us receiving your package. If you do not receive an email from our customer service department within two business days after the initial 14 business day period, please contact us immediately regarding your returned items.

Refund is limited to four expended Sports-Boost Performance Inhaler rings. Unopened packets must be in "new" condition suitable for re-sale.

Damaged Shipments

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally we may run out of certain products.

In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available.

No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for partial shipments.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12 PM Mountain Standard Time usually ship the same business day.

Please allow one additional business day for order processing when calculating expected delivery dates.

Any order placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. You will be notified by email if there are any complications with your order – including back orders, special order issues, credit card trouble, etc.

Additional Shipping and Handling Rates

To keep our costs as low as possible for our customers, we use UPS Ground as our shipping method of choice. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the current UPS rates. For an additional fee you may request 1-day or 2-day delivery.

All shipping charges will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BEFORE your credit card is charged so you can review this amount.  Upon shipment of your order, we will email you a shipment confirmation.

International Orders

Orders are shipped via UPS. You will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the UPS shipping rates.

Please note that YOU as the Buyer are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in your particular country (see additional restrictions below).

International Shipping Restrictions

1. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "illegal to import."
3. We guarantee you will have a positive experience with our products or we will refund the full purchase price. This does not include the international shipping and handling charges you paid to get your order nor the shipping fees to return it. Please see our return policy for more details.
4. The customer pays actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products.  Your shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount.
5. Prepayment is required and must be by credit card.
6. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
7. All prices quoted within our site are in U.S. Dollars.

Product Safety

We are dedicated to enhancing people's lives with safe, effective and proven products. There are no known side effects with any of the active ingredients used in our products. Each ingredient has a "recognition of safety" through scientific procedures conducted by the FDA and has a unique GRAS number assigned to it. GRAS when used by the FDA means "Generally Regarded As Safe" for human use or consumption.

Product Medical Disclaimer

1. Product is not to be taken internally - do not ingest ring.
2. A warm sensation on the skin is normal.
3. Do not use on or near the eyes.
4. Do not rub the absorbent pad on the skin.
5. If redness, itching, burning, or blistering on the skin occurs discontinue use.
6. Do not use if you have health conditions such as asthma, any respiratory ailment, epilepsy, cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, or get odor triggered migraine headaches.
7. Consult your health care professional regarding the use of this product if you are pregnant or nursing.
8. Keep out of reach of children and do not let children use without proper supervision.
9. Flammable. Keep away from fire and ignition sources.
10. The use of this product should never replace proper medical care. If you are under medical supervision consult with your practitioner before use.
11. Do not use if the package is damaged and/or the hermetic seal is broken.
12. These safety guidelines are not to be considered complete and all-inclusive. When in doubt, consult your health care provider.
13. It's important to note that a very small percentage of the population (approximately 2%) have a diminished olfactory sense. These individuals suffer from anosmia, which means no sense of smell; hyposmia which is a decreased ability to smell; or dysosmia which is when things smell differently than they should. It is likely that people who have these conditions will have a limited experience with the Sports-Boost product.
